Lubes Africa Ltd, publisher of and Lubezine publication and Lube Post and other related publications is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal information. All in all, we assure you of confidentiality and circumstances under which we would wish to share it if necessary.

a) We will use the information you give us for the purposes described that is send you the Lubezine magazine, Lube Post newsletter, Lubes Africa and Lubezine offers and media partners adverts.

b) We use personal data to provide our products and services, to communicate with you, to offer you only conference related advertisements which Lubes Africa and or Lubezine magazine are media partners with and offers from Lubes Africa or Lubezine.

Your data is only accessed for the purposes as described in this clause 2(a).

c) We do not give your data to any party outside our organization

Lubes Africa Ltd determines and controls how to process your personal data in our databases.

We will also use the information to help us understand you better and so that we can give you relevant offers especially as offered by our media and other partners.

3. How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data:

a) We will actively review the information we hold and delete it securely, or in some cases anonymize it, when there is business or customer need for it to be retained.
b) If you tell us you don’t want to receive any of our content, we will forthwith stop any transmission of the referred clause 2(a).

4. Data Storage

a) We may take technology measures to make sure your personal data record is complete and accurate and subject to your prior express consent, we may store our processing record of your personal data for 10 years. We will put in place measures to protect your information and keep it secure.

c) Personal data collected which include names, addresses, contacts such as phone number and emails will only be used for the purpose addressed in clause 2 and should it be used for any other purpose, formal communication will be launched.
