Total Tunisia and Alpha Hyundai Motor extend their lubes partnership

Total Tunisia signed a new partnership agreement with Alpha Hyundai Motor, the official distributor of the South Korean automobile firm Hyundai in Tunisia whereby for the next five years. Total Tunisia will supply its TOTAL QUARTZ lubricants for EURO 5 and EURO 6 engines, and will support Hyundai’s sales teams in the ongoing technical training program.

For its part, Hyundai will recommend TOTAL QUARTZ lubricants on all of its sites and its network, which has so far reached eleven dealer branches.

Abdesslam Rhnimi, CEO of Total Tunisia said, “This partnership dates back since Total Tunisia already supplies Alpha Hyundai Motor with superior quality fuels and fuel cards. The agreement reached thus completes this commercial partnership. Therefore, we are happy to collaborate with a brand like Hyundai, with a team that works very well and shares values of innovation and performance with the Total team.”

Mehdi Mahjoub, CEO of Alpha Hyundai said, “The use of Total lubricants will reassure our customers about the quality of the oil used in their engines. In addition, the use of a homogeneous oil throughout our network will give our customers confidence during maintenance, whether they go to an agency or the head office of Alpha Hyundai. Total has a research centre that is working on optimizing oil quality so that it is suitable for our engines, which is important for us, especially since the warranty we offer to new vehicles sold is 5 years.”

During the signing ceremony of this partnership agreement, Hyundai Tunisia exhibited several new vehicle models, including the i20, the Kona in hybrid version and 100% electric, and also the large Palisade SUV.
