Shell Lubricants acquires Raj Petro Specialities in India

Shell Lubricants has completed the acquisition of Raj Petro Specialities Pvt.Ltd, a petrochemical manufacturing and marketing company based in India, from the Brenntag Group. The acquisition of Raj Petro Specialities supports Shell Lubricants as it strives to expand its portfolio and customer base in India, one of its key growth markets.  

This acquisition strengthens Shell Lubricants’ presence in the market by supplying customers in power transmission, personal care, and pharmaceutical sectors, while also helping to realize new synergies and economies of scale across the lubricants value chain.
