Lubrication Engineers Acquires RSC Bio Solutions

Lubrication Engineers, Inc. (“LE”), a developer and manufacturer of high-performance industrial lubricants and asset reliability solutions, has acquired RSC Bio Solutions (“RSC”), an innovator of high-performance, sustainable, biodegradable lubrication solutions. 

RSC Bio Solutions produces a comprehensive portfolio of Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (“EALs”) for global marine and industrial customers to achieve regulatory compliance while meeting environmental stewardship goals. Its proprietary FUTERRA® and EnviroLogic® product lines include fully biodegradable lubricants that can be found on vessels and in other sensitive environments worldwide.

This is LE’s second acquisition since partnering with Aurora Capital Partners in September 2023. During this time, LE has expanded its lubrication expertise with powerful new synthetic and sustainable product offerings.  

RSC Bio Solutions provides high-performance, Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (“EALs”) for the marine and industrial markets. The company has a long history of developing high-performance lubricants from PAOs and other synthetic hydrocarbon base oils. RSC’s expertise in highly engineered renewable base oils, allows it to deliver lubricants that meet stringent environmental standards without compromising performance.
