HF Sinclair Corporation has closed its previously announced acquisition of Industrial Oils Unlimited, LLC (IOU), an industrial lubricants and speciality fluids company. The transaction closed following satisfaction of all requisite closing conditions.  

The addition of IOU, with its services and solutions, along with its DX brand, will strengthen HF Sinclair’s position in the lubricants and speciality fluids sector. IOU’s expertise and product lines, serving the manufacturing, energy, food, and commercial heavy-duty transportation markets, will complement and expand HF Sinclair’s Lubricants & Specialities portfolio, enabling HF Sinclair to offer customers a broader range of quality solutions for industrial market needs.  

IOU, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is an established brand with robust regional manufacturing capabilities. As HF Sinclair continues to broaden its presence across the U.S. market, IOU is ideally positioned to help drive the expansion of its lubricant portfolio. With the transaction complete, HF Sinclair will now operate the acquired assets and is committed to delivering reliable service for customers while accelerating growth across the platform.
